Field Technician

Are you ready to ensure our equipment meets customer needs effectively? About The Role This position involves performing on-site and in-house servicing, repair, and installation of our products. The role is essential for maintaining operational equipment that aligns with customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-process inspections at subcontractor facilities. Provide technical support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance. Act as the primary customer contact for technical and service-related issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures. Determine the most cost-effective repair or resolution. Prepare detailed service reports for internal and external customers. Perform general maintenance tasks and resolve less complex problems immediately. Qualifications Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment. Proficient in English literacy. Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics. Ability to use typical hand and power tools. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing work environment. Work Environment Ability to travel up to 50%.
