About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team in Bloomingdale, GA. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

  • Monitoring and reporting client vital signs and any changes in their condition

  • Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to clients in their homes

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care

  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments and best practices

  • Demonstrate a commitment to our core values of compassion, empathy, and excellence

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to lift and move clients and equipment as needed

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
