Events Coordinator Pay Rate: $21 - $23 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Work Arrangement: Onsite Assignment Duration: Through July 17, with potential for extension Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and energetic Events Coordinator to support the setup and execution of workplace events and office moves. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in creating organized, functional event spaces. Key Responsibilities Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and other furniture for meetings, conferences, and special events. Assist with the coordination and execution of small to medium-sized events. Move and reconfigure office furniture to support workplace needs. Ensure event spaces are prepared according to specifications and timelines. Work closely with team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Perform general event support duties as needed. Typical Day Prepare event spaces by setting up furniture and equipment. Support weekly events by arranging and breaking down meeting and conference areas. Assist with office furniture relocations and workspace reconfigurations. Collaborate with a small team to complete daily assignments efficiently. Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move furniture safely. Comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow setup instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
