Picker/PackerLocation: Client Site - Large Flooring Manufacturer Pay Rate: $16-$17 DOE Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM -3:00 PMAbout the RoleWe are seeking detail-oriented pickers/packer to join our dynamic team at a prominent flooring manufacturer. As a vital part of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our valued customers.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a clean, neat, and organized work environment.Efficiently pack incoming stock, conduct inventory checks, and report shortages.Accurately keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments.Pick orders as directed by management, ensuring the highest quality standards.Seal and tag containers, verifying order accuracy and signing pick tickets.Attach correct shipping information and transfer completed orders to the shipping area.Secure containers on pallets using stretch wrap, shrink wrap, and strapping.QualificationsMinimum of 6 months experience in picking and packing within a manufacturing or warehouse setting.Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.Capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.Why Join Us?
