Acute Care Hospital Occupational Therapist

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with a leading acute care hospital to hire an Acute Care Hospital Occupational Therapist. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based OT services to diverse adult and geriatric patients across medical-surgical, step-down, and potentially ICU units. You will complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and support safe, timely discharges through functional training, equipment recommendations, and caregiver education. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to care planning, rounds, and quality initiatives, while documenting thoroughly in the EMR.
