Our center specializes in a wide range of surgical services, including Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Pediatric Dental, Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Neurology, and ENT.Schedule:Full-time, Monday through Friday80 hours per pay period (two weeks)9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Register and enroll patients prior to surgery, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance informationCollect patient financial responsibilities and provide assistance and direction to patients and their familiesGreet and assist patients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner at all timesReview insurance information and communicate any discrepancies to appropriate personnelObtain all necessary registration and consent forms, ensuring accuracy and completenessAnswer multi-line phone systems and route calls/messages accurately and efficientlyAssemble and verify completion of patient chartsHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious inpatient, outpatient, or hospital registration experience preferredBLS certification required within 90 days of hireStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with computers and excellent attention to detailBenefitsNebraska Surgery Center offers a competitive benefits package, including:Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)401(k) with company matchShort- and long-term disability coverageAccess to a 24/7 Wellness Center #J-18808-Ljbffr
