Responsibilities
- Provide invasive and noninvasive ventilator management, including weaning and troubleshooting high‑pressure alarms; manage noninvasive ventilation and airway support as needed
- Routine inhaled medication delivery, airway/tracheostomy care, suctioning, extubation, and management of oral/nasal airways
- Noninvasive support modalities such as HFNC, BiPAP, CPAP, T-piece, and trach collar; assist with aerosol/med delivery and inhaled meds
- ABG interpretation, troubleshooting, and documentation; occasional 12-lead EKG after hours
- Neonatal stabilization when required; care for adult and pediatric populations; float between units as needed (ICU, ED, Med/Surg, Pediatrics, and newborn stabilization)

Requirements
- Active NY state Respiratory Therapist license in hand
- Minimum 1 year RT experience
- Community hospital experience preferred; Epic charting experience required
- ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP certifications required
- Ability to float between ICU, ED, Med/Surg, Pediatrics, and neonatal stabilization areas
