Join Our Team as a Leasing Assistant

If so, Stintino Management is looking for a dedicated Leasing Assistant to join our team at The District in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Pay: $19–$20 per hour
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, 401k match, PTO

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate community features and benefits.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize tour-to-application and application-to-lease conversion.
• Process rental applications and maintain accurate prospect records.
• Prepare lease agreement and ensure all required documentation is completed.
• Assist with resident retention efforts, including lease renewals and resident events.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain Knowledge of market conditions, competitor pricing, and community availability.
• Ensure model units, clubhouse, and amenity areas are clean and show-ready.
• Utilize company software and systems including Real Page products and Knock to manage leasds and leasing activity.
• Participate in outreach marketing and local networking efforts to generate traffic.
  

• Previous leasing, slaes, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to rapport and create a positive customer experience.
• Goal-oriented with a passions for sales and closing leases.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property mangement software (experience with Knock, Real Page, OneSite, or similar platforms is a plus).
• Must be available to work weekends as needed.
