We invest in your well-being and career growth — because caring for others starts with caring for you.Key Position Details:0.6 FTE (48 hours per two-week pay period)12-hour evening/night shifts (6:30pm-7:00am)Every other weekend rotationPrinciple Responsibilities:Responds to security emergencies.Patrols, assesses and secures organization's properties.Enforces criminal ordinances and administrative policies.Serves as a department liaison to internal partners, community partners and other customers.Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job descriptionCompletion or current enrollment of Associates or Vocational degree or other post secondary educationIn lieu of degree requirement, 1 year of experience required in security, law enforcement, military or related fieldLicenses/Certifications:Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below:Current BLS certification from the American Heart AssociationCurrent BLS certification from the American Red CrossAllina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)Valid Driver’s License required upon hire - MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver’s license in their state of residence within 60 days of employmentInternational Association for Hospital Safety and Security (IAHSS) preferredOSHA First Responder preferredCrisis Intervention Training (CIT) preferredPhysical Demands:Very Heavy Work:Lifting weight excess of 100 lbs. occasionally, over 50 lbs. frequentlyPay Range: $23.22 to $31.83 per hourBenefit Summary:Medical/DentalPTO/Time AwayRetirement Savings PlansLife InsuranceShort-term/Long-term DisabilityVoluntary Benefits (vision, legal, critical illness)Tuition Reimbursement or Continuing Medical Education as applicableStudent Loan Support Benefits to navigate the Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness ProgramAllina Health is a 501(c)(3) eligible employer Allina Health
