About who needs care: 86-year-old male, memory intact. Heart Failure. lives in home with wife. Currently uses a walker and wheelchair. Looking for help with activities of daily living. About the care needs: Looking for someone to help with getting ready for the day and going to bed. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
