Accounts Payable Specialist
Process and review vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Manage vendor onboarding, maintenance, and payment inquiries. Reconcile accounts and resolve invoice, payment, and vendor discrepancies. Support month-end close activities, reporting, audits, and compliance requirements. Utilize SAP, Esker, Concur, and Excel to support daily accounts payable operations.

A successful AP Specialist should have: 2-5 years of accounts payable experience, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP systems such as SAP. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with experience resolving vendor and payment discrepancies.
Competitive hourly rate offered. Fully onsite during temp period, then hybrid after converting perm. Benefits available day 1 of employment: Medical, Dental, Vision. Opportunity to work in the Financial Services industry.
