Board Certified Behavior Analyst ABA Clinic

Licensed Behavior Analyst
CCSN Behavioral Health is excited to announce that due to our growth and expansion, we are seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to support our ABA Clinic based in Glastonbury, CT. Primary responsibilities include:
- Providing behavior analytic direct treatment and supervision to children and adolescents with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders in both clinic and community settings
- Providing supervision to a team of behavior technicians
- Providing and facilitating family support and training
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience in delivering evidence-based treatment to children with ASD
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Desire to work as part of a larger team multidisciplinary team of BCBAs, Psychologists, and related specialists
This position also includes:
- Weekly direct supervision with a senior-level BCBA
- Weekly participation in clinical teams and group supervision
- Participation in center-based professional development for Type 2 CEs
- Opportunities for growth and development of clinical skills
- Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians throughout the organization.
The successful candidate will receive full CCSN benefits which include: competitive salary, medical/dental, paid time off, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, and retirement contributions. This position is a full-time contract position (40 hours/wk).
About The Center for Children with Special Needs:
CCSN: The Center for Children with Special Needs is an interdisciplinary mental health practice focusing on providing clinical and consultative services to support individuals with autism and related neurodevelopmental disabilities. Since 1994 CCSN has sought to bring evidence-based treatment to individuals, families, and their communities through our team of psychologists, behavior analysts, and OT/SLP professionals.
In 2017, The Center for Children with Special Needs formally opened CCSN Behavioral Health, LLC to deliver various outpatient treatment options to individuals and families including psychotherapy, ABA, and occupational therapy. CCSN Behavioral Health provides in-network clinical services through a variety of insurance companies. CCSN Behavioral Health has provided care for hundreds of families, and as needed is able to integrate their services into the broader clinical services offered by CCSN.
