Job Overview A law firm seeks an Energy Transactions Associate in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of transactional law firm experience, preferably in energy finance. This role involves supporting clients in financing domestic and international energy and infrastructure projects across various sectors. Duties Handle financing transactions within the energy sector. Support complex energy transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project development, and commercial agreements. Manage multiple matters simultaneously while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Engage directly with clients to understand their business objectives. Requirements 3-5 years of transactional law firm experience, preferably in energy finance. Strong understanding of energy sector transactions. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse teams. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Georgia or eligibility to waive in. Skills Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
