Mancan is working with a company in Walnut Creek looking for a powder coater. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 6am-4pm with overtime on Fridays as needed. Pay is based on experience, $22-$26/hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal parts for coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting surfaces.
- Operate powder coating equipment, spray guns, ovens, and related tools.
- Apply powder coatings evenly to achieve required finish quality and thickness.
- Perform quality inspections before, during, and after the coating process.
- Touch up or rework parts as needed to meet quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Previous powder coating, painting, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to operate hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, dust, and noise.
