As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Enrollment in Pontiac, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide professional customer service and clear communication. Your visible presence and attention to detail will help deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and policies at a technology-focused location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, issue and collect visitor badges, and maintain accurate access-related logs.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, restricted areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Support emergency response activities, coordinate with site contacts and/or first responders as directed, and complete clear, timely incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
