Ready to run an office, not just a project?

An established Midwest commercial GC is growing in Indianapolis and needs a Manager to lead it. The target work is commercial vertical with high-end finishes: cultural, community, mixed-use and corporate projects, delivered alongside architects.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a small local team (PM, APM, PE and superintendent)

• Win new work through local architects, owner's reps and developers

• Step into projects when needed and keep standards high

• Lean on head office for accounting, forecasting and HR

What you'll bring

• 5+ years as a commercial PM on vertical projects

• Time in precon, business development or a client-facing role, with work you've won or accounts you've grown

• Confidence leading and coaching a team

• Ability to work from the Indianapolis office every day

• Existing relationships with Indianapolis architects or owner's reps

• Experience on $10M+ projects

• Bachelor's degree and OSHA 30

The package

• $150,000 to $170,000 base
