Bilingual Automotive Sales Representative (English/Spanish)

We are seeking to add a bilingual automotive sales representative to our growing team. This position is ideal for career-minded individuals looking for a long-term opportunity within a family-owned dealership that values professionalism, performance, and people.

Prior automotive sales experience is preferred; however, we will consider motivated candidates from other sales backgrounds and are willing to train the right individual.

Qualified Candidates Should Possess

• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)

• 13 years of automotive sales or general sales experience preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional appearance and attention to detail

• Solutions-based mindset

• Willingness and ability to follow a proven sales process

• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving history

• Team-oriented, career-focused attitude

Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Assist customers in purchasing or leasing new and pre-owned vehicles

• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing

• Follow up with unsold prospects to increase sales opportunities

• Build consistent repeat and referral business

• Provide high-level customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
