A growing healthcare organization in Northwest Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a busy, established outpatient clinic.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants a traditional primary care practice, flexible scheduling, no call responsibilities, strong clinical support, and quick practice growth in a desirable Florida Panhandle community.

• Full-time, hospital-employed position
• 100% outpatient Family Medicine
• Very flexible scheduling options
• No call
• Bread-and-butter primary care
• Minor office procedures
• See both pediatric and adult patients, ages 2 and up
• High patient volume with quick ramp-up potential
• Join a well-established clinic with an excellent community reputation
• Experienced physicians and new graduates encouraged to apply
• Fully equipped office space
• Strong onboarding, marketing, and physician outreach support
• Dedicated medical assistant from day one
• Join 2 experienced APPs , with additional support added as volume grows
• No state income tax
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible and have completed U.S. residency training
• J-1 visa sponsorship is not available

Practice Environment
