To support clients in achieving their homeownership goals, the full-time Montana Licensed Loan Officer will manage relationships, guide clients through the mortgage process, and drive business development initiatives while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and clients to market mortgage services Consult with clients to analyze financial situations and recommend appropriate loan products Assist clients throughout the loan process from application to closing, ensuring excellent service Required qualifications Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of obtaining referrals Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses Professional communication and time management skills Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently Desire to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
