The store’s name is inspired by the driven influencers and artists who helped create and disseminate cannabis culture to everyday people through their craft.What You’ll DoAs a part-time Sales Associate in our Saginaw, MI store, you’ll help customers find the right cannabis products while keeping every interaction accurate, compliant, and welcoming. This role exists to deliver a smooth, informed shopping experience and support daily retail sales.Key responsibilities include greeting and guiding customers, asking the right questions to match needs with products, educating on strains and current offerings, and using upselling and cross-selling techniques. As a Sales Associate, you’ll bounce between answering questions, keeping the sales floor easy to navigate, and jumping on the register when lines build. Throughout the day you’ll stay organized—straightening displays, doing small restocks, and checking in with teammates so the pace stays smooth.
