Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)A growing outpatient physical therapy practice is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering individualized care and helping patients reach their goals.This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians in an environment focused on collaboration, mentorship, and high-quality patient care. Providers are encouraged to utilize a variety of treatment techniques while building long-term relationships with patients and the local community.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans designed around functional goalsImplement therapeutic programs to restore mobility, reduce discomfort, and improve quality of lifeApply hands-on treatment techniques and rehabilitation strategies appropriate for individual patient needsMonitor treatment effectiveness and update care plans as necessaryDocument evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress accuratelyEducate patients on recovery strategies and home exercise programsWork closely with team members to deliver coordinated patient careStay current with evolving rehabilitation practices and treatment methodsQualificationsDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) requiredActive or eligible Physical Therapy licensure in MontanaKnowledge of rehabilitation principles, physiology, anatomy, and movement scienceExperience treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions preferredAbility to work effectively with a diverse patient populationStrong communication and relationship-building skillsOutpatient clinic experience is a plusCommon Patient Populations and ConditionsSports and orthopedic injuriesPost-surgical rehabilitationBack and neck painBalance disordersWork-related injuriesNeurological conditionsHeadaches and chronic painMobility limitations and functional impairments
