Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A retail pharmacy position is available for an Indiana Licensed Pharmacist in Winamac, IN. This contract opportunity involves providing essential pharmacy services at a community pharmacy setting, with coverage starting June 29th and continuing until the permanent pharmacist is hired.

Responsibilities include accurately filling medication orders, verifying technician-prepared products prior to release, maintaining the security of the pharmacy and controlled substances, and entering orders and patient information with precision. Experience in retail pharmacy is required, and familiarity with the PioneerRx order entry system is preferred to facilitate efficient workflow.

Schedule & Hours:

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Every other Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Candidates must complete a three-day training and orientation period before beginning their assignment. This role requires local candidates who can adhere to a business casual dress code while delivering professional pharmacy services.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana Pharmacist license
• Retail pharmacy experience
• Proficient or experienced with PioneerRx (preferred)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and verification
