We’re hiring Wood Shop Assemblers and Production Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Ocala. Hands‑on work, steady hours, and a supportive team environment.

Wood Shop Assembler – Highlights

• Cut, sand, shape, and assemble wood parts
• Use hand tools & power tools (saws, drills, sanders)
• Attach wood components to metal frames
• Follow instructions, blueprints & safety rules

Production Assembler – Highlights

• Assemble components on the production line
• Use basic hand tools
• Stand for the shift & meet production goals
• Maintain safety and cleanliness

What You Need

• Power‑tool experience (Wood Shop role)
• Ability to read/use a tape measure
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift, stand & perform physical work
• Willingness to learn

Schedule

1st Shift: 4:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Mon–Thu)

Most Fridays required for overtime

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
