As an ACE Department Manager at IGA, you will play a crucial role in overseeing retail operations, managing inventory, and leading a team to success.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure superior guest service and hold associates accountable for the same level of service
• Achieve department budgets and drive store sales
• Supervise retail staff to meet sales goals and ensure accurate procedures
• Regulate inventory, reduce shrinkage, and maintain stock levels
• Hire, train, and develop retail staff for growth and success
• Communicate effectively with Store Manager and Associates
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Lead by example and manage associates to follow the Time, Value, and Experience philosophy
• Schedule and delegate workload to meet merchandising standards
• Promote teamwork and enforce safety policies
