What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs following OEM and dealership standards
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns using modern diagnostic tools
- Service engines, transmissions, brake systems, suspensions, steering components, HVAC, and more
- Road-test vehicles to confirm repairs and ensure quality control
- Communicate repair needs and timelines clearly with Service Advisors
- Complete warranty work according to Ford requirements
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience (Ford experience a plus)
- Ford Certification preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical skills
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment and follow technical repair procedures
- Great communication habits and a collaborative mindset
- A positive attitude and desire to grow with ongoing training
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
