Analyze structured and unstructured data from public and non-public sources to identify fraud indicators and patterns. Prepare investigative reports, referral packages, and case summaries suitable for referral to law enforcement. Brief findings to senior government stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience conducting investigative analysis for fraud and financial crimes. Minimum of three (3) years of experience analyzing data for fraud indicators and patterns. Strong working knowledge of fraud typologies relevant to government benefit programs (e.g., identity fraud, eligibility fraud, organized fraud rings). Proficiency with analytic tools including SQL, Excel, Neo4j, i2 Analysts Notebook, or comparable link analysis platforms.
