We're looking for enthusiastic, certified Group Fitness Instructors who love helping others feel stronger, more confident, and excited about fitness. Whether you're an experienced instructor or looking to grow your teaching career, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do
- Lead fun, motivating, safe, and effective group fitness classes.
- Create a welcoming environment where members feel encouraged and supported.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and offer modifications for different fitness levels.
- Build relationships with members and help make every class a great experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio.
- Communicate with your club team and help arrange class coverage when needed.
What We're Looking For
- A current, valid certification approved for the group fitness format you want to teach.
- We also offer in-house training and certification.
- A passion for fitness and a desire to motivate others.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- The ability to demonstrate exercises, provide clear instruction, and offer appropriate modifications.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to providing an excellent member experience.
