• Read and interpret plans and specifications accurately

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional finish carpentry
• Strong knowledge of framing and finish carpentry techniques
• Ability to read plans and follow specifications precisely
• Attention to detail with pride in craftsmanship
• Reliable, hardworking, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred
