We are a highly reputable construction company specializing in high-end residential construction and remodeling seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter and Framer to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering meticulous craftsmanship and quality work, and we are looking for someone who shares that same commitment to professionalism and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform finish carpentry and framing tasks on high-end residential projects
- Read and interpret plans and specifications accurately
- Maintain high attention to detail and quality in all work
- Work independently and collaboratively with the construction team
- Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional finish carpentry
- Strong knowledge of framing and finish carpentry techniques
- Ability to read plans and follow specifications precisely
- Attention to detail with pride in craftsmanship
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in carpentry
