Careerscape is partnering with McIntosh Fine Homes, REALTORS® — a boutique luxury brokerage in the Dallas–Fort Worth area — to support the hire of a Real Estate Data Entry Operator who will keep their property records and listings accurate and current. The position is 100% remote, full-time, and pays $54,093 to $65,094 annually.
You'll be the person who makes sure every listing, price, address, description and agent detail in the brokerage's systems is correct. It suits someone methodical, comfortable handling a high volume of records, and curious about the real estate business.
Responsibilities
- Input new property records and keep existing ones current across internal databases and online platforms
- Check entries for accuracy, completeness and consistency, and fix anything that's off
- Confirm property details against approved online sources
- Keep digital files and records organized
- Support updates to listings and marketing content
- Follow the brokerage's data-management and quality-control procedures
- Protect confidential company and client information
- Hit deadlines and flag missing or incorrect information to the team
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Sharp attention to detail and accurate, efficient typing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including spreadsheets and online databases
- The ability to juggle several tasks and stay organized
- Clear written communication
- Self-direction in a remote setting, with reliable internet and a proper home workspace
