As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your duties will include administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education to promote overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing policies and procedures

• Administer medications, perform wound care, and assist with daily living activities

• Conduct vital signs, monitor patient condition, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

• Assist with patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive patient care

• Educate patients and families on healthy habits, disease management, and self-care techniques
