Key Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Providing detailed product information and assisting with vehicle selection.
- Facilitating test drives and coordinating appointments with our sales team.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.
- Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
