Step into a rewarding school-based role supporting K-12 students through direct and inclusive speech-language therapy. This contract opportunity runs from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30am to 2:30pm (with some flexibility—consider 3 days onsite, 2 days remote if needed). You'll be part of a collaborative team of three SLPs, collectively managing a caseload of 160 students.

Desired Experience & Skills:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current license (or eligibility) as an SLP in the state of Florida
• Previous experience working in educational settings with K-12 students
• Comfortable providing therapy both one-on-one and in small groups
• Ability to deliver inclusive, collaborative therapy models alongside school staff
• Familiarity with supervising SLP Assistants (SLPAs)
• Experience with Frontline for documentation is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to students ranging from kindergarten through high school
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Supervise and support SLPAs, ensuring fidelity of therapy and documentation
• Engage in inclusive therapy, collaborating with classroom educators and integrating services
• Maintain clear records and case notes using Frontline
• Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and team members to promote student progress
