Human Resources Specialist

Position Human Resources Specialist Summary The Human Resources Specialist supports the daily functions of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR record management. This role ensures HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently and supports employees and management in achieving organizational goals. Essential Duties Support recruitment and selection activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Administer employee benefits programs including but not limited to health insurance, long term disability, life insurance, COBRA, FLMA and respond to employee inquiries. Support performance management processes, including evaluations and employee development initiatives. Assist in employee relations matters, including addressing concerns and supporting investigations as needed. Accurate and timely semi‑monthly payroll processing. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and employment regulations. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management review. Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities. Administer unemployment and disability claims. Conduct exit interviews and offboarding processes. Maintain and order supplies as needed. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Ensure smooth functions of office by submitting service requests to building management and vendors. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in human resources or a related role Thorough understanding of state and federal labor laws Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR processes Strong organizational and time‑management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications Working Hours, Working Style 09:00-17:00 Working Location Santa Clara Salary, Benefit 80～90K ＋Bonus Holidays Sat Sun National Holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr QUICK USA
