What You'll Do

As a Field Sales Representative , you will:

• Develop relationships with seniors, healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral partners to generate new patient opportunities.
• Represent Community Medical Group at health fairs, senior centers, community events, places of worship, residential communities, and other outreach events.
• Educate prospective patients and caregivers on our healthcare services, Medicare options, and the value of choosing Community Medical Group.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach initiatives that increase brand awareness and patient enrollment.
• Build partnerships with brokers, health plan agents, social workers, case managers, senior housing communities, and other referral sources.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with prospective patients and community partners.
• Deliver engaging presentations to community groups and organizations.
• Develop strategic outreach plans and activity calendars to support membership growth goals.
• Track outreach activities, leads, and opportunities using Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.
• Support marketing initiatives, patient re-engagement campaigns, and special community events.
• Build lasting relationships with new members to promote satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Assist patients by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new growth opportunities and continuously improve outreach strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of two (2) years of successful sales experience
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Ability to work independently while meeting performance goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working with Medicare populations, seniors, or healthcare services
• Business development, community outreach, or B2B sales experience
• Established relationships with community organizations or referral networks
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
