This is an onsite role offering strong day-to-day exposure to corporate finance, reporting operations, and business intelligence in a structured, collaborative environment. You’ll be embedded in the BI/FP&A team, helping manage the reporting calendar, coordinating with internal stakeholders, preparing data and presentations, and maintaining reporting infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Support the monthly and quarterly FP&A reporting calendar; track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups Download and organize raw data from ERP and reporting systems; load into existing templates and data models Maintain SharePoint folders and reporting file structures Perform high-level accuracy and data integrity checks on reports Assist with preparation of PowerPoint presentations for monthly management reporting and Board of Directors materials Coordinate routine requests and follow-ups between the BI/FP&A team and internal business unit stakeholders Support recurring administrative, data prep, and reporting tasks for the broader team What They’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field 0–4 years of experience in finance, business analysis, reporting, or data support Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI, ERP systems, or SharePoint a plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following structured processes Clear written and verbal communicator who can manage multiple deadlines Willingness to learn and grow within FP&A and business intelligence Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
