Summary of position :
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst provides support to individuals, families, and school personnel by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, functional analysis and assessment, behavior intervention planning and implementation, and adaptive life skills. The BCBA also ensures implementation of the delivery of special education services through the management of a student caseload by providing direct services and consultative support to eligible students and service providers.

Job Responsibilities (see attached job description for additional details):

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyses of student behavior to assist in determining need for services and recommendations for behavior support and/or intervention plans.
• Develop appropriate behavior plans for students that focus on teaching and other antecedent strategies for reducing problematic behaviors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of assessment or data collection tools to support teachers and instructional staff in assessing and analyzing student behavior.
• Assist in the development, facilitation, and follow-up training for using the methodology of Applied Behavior Analysis for both instructional and behavioral strategies.
• Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for clients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Pennsylvania Certification in Special Education preferred. Master's Degree Required.

Schedule:
Full-time, 10 month/year

Salary:

• Masters = $64,370 to $93,955
• Mast+15 credits = $65,063 to $94,655
• Mast+30 credits = $65,755 to $95,355
• Mast+45 credits = $67,141 to $96,755
• Mast+60 credits = $68,377 to $98,005
