Our 24-hour in-patient facility serves adolescent, adult, deaf, and geriatric patients; however, this position focuses on our Adolescent population.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Initial psychiatric assessmentsEstablishing diagnoses and formulating treatment plans and recommendationsMedication Management including psychotropic drug reviews for the SPMI populationParticipating on or leading a multidisciplinary team that includes psychology, social work, pharmacy, nursing and other therapeutic disciplinesManaging the day-to-day responsibilities of an inpatient unit to include documentation of progress, court papers and education of patients and familiesConsultation with outside medical staff as indicatedKnowledge Skills and Abilities/Management PreferencesRecruitment Range: $170,121.00 - $340,243.00*A Sign-on bonus of $20,000 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval.Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required.
