What You'll Do

• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care for outpatient orthopedic, balance, deconditioned, and pain management cases
• Gather pertinent data from charts and coordinate with physicians as needed
• Independently evaluate all assigned patients, recognizing additional needs and making informed decisions
• Develop relevant, realistic treatment goals based on evaluation results
• Regularly reassess patient progress in accordance with departmental policies
• Recommend and discuss appropriate equipment with patients and families
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards of practice and regulatory policies

What You Need

• Valid BLS certification (AHA only)
• Current LPT License in Texas or in a compact state
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Doctorate preferred
• Minimum experience in outpatient physical therapy highly preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and judgment skills
