Senior Tax Specialist

| Oldsmar, FL 34677 Senior Tax Specialist DiMarco & Associates CPAs is hiring an experienced, client-focused, and passionate CPA to join our team and bring out the artistry in tax strategy and compliance. Our Senior Tax Specialists nurture strong client relationships, design and implement creative tax solutions and multiply our clients’ efforts to grow their businesses and achieve their goals. You’ll focus primarily on client relationship management and engagement, tax strategy development, the review of complex tax returns, review and analysis of financial statements, assisting with Federal and State audits, representing clients to the IRS, performing tax research, and adding to the knowledge of teammates. The most important characteristics of our Senior Tax Specialists are a passion for team and helping others, enhancing team and firm knowledge, the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workflow, and creative and efficient problem solving. This position requires a minimum of 55-hour work weeks for 10 weeks during tax season (Feb - Apr). You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• CPA license and 7+ years of tax and public accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or QuickBooks Desktop

• Patiently assisting others and finding solutions
• Clearly explaining options and best path forward to both colleagues and clients

• Familiarity with CCH Axcess
