- Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas on a scheduled basis
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the community
- Ensure all areas remain neat, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests
- Follow housekeeping schedules, infection control, and cleaning procedures
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and community team members
- Support resident comfort and satisfaction through respectful and friendly interactions
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies appropriately
- Help create a warm and home-like environment for residents
- Previous housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, environmental services, or senior living experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
