Are you an experienced Family Law Litigation Attorney with a passion for advocating for families during their most challenging times? Our prestigious law firm is actively seeking a talented attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team immediately. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a crucial role in handling family law cases while working alongside a group of dedicated and supportive lawyers. Responsibilities: Represent clients in family law litigation matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, child support, and other related legal proceedings. Conduct legal research, gather evidence, draft legal documents, and provide expert counsel to clients throughout the litigation process. Advocate for clients in court, mediation, and other dispute resolution proceedings to ensure their rights and interests are protected. Collaborate with a team of 3 to 4 lawyers to strategize and develop effective legal solutions for our clients. Stay up-to-date with changes in family law regulations, precedents, and industry trends to provide the most accurate and relevant legal advice. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from and a valid license to practice law in California 2+years of experience as a Family Law Litigation Attorney, demonstrating a strong track record of successful case outcomes. Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently manage a caseload. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive family matters with compassion and discretion. Salary and Benefits: The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $185,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
