What You'll Do:

• Analyze forecast and demand data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop and implement short- and long-term supply chain action plans
• Collaborate with supply chain and order fulfillment teams to ensure alignment
• Track execution of action plans and drive accountability across stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to support product ramps

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, engineering, operations, or related field (Bachelor's) or 6+ years (Master's)
• 8+ years of project/program management experience, with strong execution and delivery focus
• 3+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain process development

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience with data modeling and visualization tools to drive decision-making
• Lean Six Sigma certification or process improvement experience
• Proficiency with Kinaxis, Power BI, and SAP
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional problem-solving
