Job Description Activities Assistant Oakley Courts Assisted Living Oakley Courts is looking for an activity assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. We are seeking an outgoing, creative person to work Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1pm-7:30pm and every other weekend from 9am-4pm. If you are dedicated and compassionate, WE WANT YOU! What Will You Do in This Role? As an Activities Assistant, you will provide assistance to the Activities Director in the assessment, selection, organization, and implementation of activities and recreational services to address the individual needs and interests of the residents. - A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Prior experience as an Activities Assistant in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- Activities Certification preferred
- One year of experience conducting activities and recreational services within the past five years preferred
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
