Clinical Lead/Office Manager

Job Title: Clinical Lead/Office Manager Annual Pay: $62,000 - $65,000 per year depending on experience Additional Compensation: Annual bonuses (variable depending on office and performance) Schedule: Full Time Description The Clinical Lead/Office Manager will perform all duties of a Medical Assistant and function as a resource person to staff. We are seeking a strong, motivated, and experienced medical assistant leader for a dual role supporting both the clinical and operational needs of our medical office. Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs Medication reconciliation and documentation Preparing patients for examinations and procedures Assisting providers with examinations and procedures Performing clinical duties within scope of practice Completing clinical tasks, messages, referrals, and orders Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to other Medical Assistants. Partner with the Site Partner in overseeing daily office operations. Assist with opening/closing and ensuring the office is prepared for daily operations. Help monitor patient flow, provider schedules, staffing levels, and overall office efficiency. Assist with tracking office metrics and identifying operational concerns. Help ensure staff are following established policies and procedures. Assist with supply ordering, inventory management, and maintaining appropriate clinical supplies Assist with quality improvement initiatives and implementation of new workflows. Help identify operational challenges and work collaboratively to develop solutions. Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, providers, and the PSC. Assist the Site Partner with special projects and other operational responsibilities as assigned.
