Fabrication Team Lead - First Shift: Training & Safety

Bard Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking a Fabrication Team Leader for the first shift (Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM). You will assist department supervisors with training and managing production personnel, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and customer service goals. The ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience and exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities include coordinating production, preparing reports, and providing hands-on support.
