The work schedule is set from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, providing a work-life balance that is conducive to personal well-being and professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and mobility challenges to create tailored treatment plans.Implement individualized care strategies focused on restoring function and enhancing physical performance.Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery and improve quality of life.Maintain a manageable patient caseload, allowing for dedicated time to each patient and fostering strong therapeutic relationships.Monitor and document patient progress utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, ensuring accurate records of treatment and outcomes.Regularly engage in collaborative discussions with other healthcare professionals to formulate comprehensive care approaches.Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, emphasizing goal setting and the importance of ongoing support.Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, lifestyle modifications, and wellness strategies to promote long-term health improvements.Assess treatment response and adapt strategies based on ongoing evaluations, ensuring individualized care that evolves with the patient's progress.Patient Population / Client FocusThe client base at Essential Physical Therapy ranges from post-operative patients to individuals with chronic pain or mobility limitations. Our focus lies in serving diverse groups, including athletes seeking rehabilitation and older adults desiring improved functionality.
