Project Coordinator (Temporary)

The Office of Change Management (OCM) at a large organization in Selden, NY is seeking a solution-focused, detail-oriented Temporary Project Coordinator to provide project coordination and operational support for major campus-wide initiatives, including the rollout of the WolfieONE Oracle ERP system. This role supports leadership, training, and communication teams to ensure smooth operational adoption across the organization. This is a 3 Month Temporary position with potential for extension.

salary: $17 - $18.25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day coordination for OCM programs, track project milestones, document meeting notes, track action items, and compile program metrics for status reports.
• Champion Network Support: Maintain Champion rosters, participation trackers, distribution lists, and attendance records. Process role changes and facilitate onboarding for new Champions and managers.
• Event & Meeting Logistics: Schedule recurring and ad-hoc meetings, training sessions, and events. Handle all logistics, including calendar invitations, room reservations, agendas, presenter coordination, and meeting materials.
• Communications & Presentation Production: Assist in producing newsletters, presentations, and team communications using approved templates. Format PowerPoint slides, proofread drafts, and maintain editorial calendars.
• Documentation & File Management: Organize and archive shared files, standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and reference materials.
• Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend enhancements to administrative processes and trackers.
