Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
Complete Care Management | Monmouth County, NJ
Complete Care Management is seeking an experienced and results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility in the Monmouth County, NJ area .
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong healthcare leader who is passionate about creating a positive resident experience, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.
What You’ll DoProvide overall leadership and direction for the facility’s daily operations
Ensure high-quality clinical care and services are provided to residents
Lead, motivate, and develop an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements
Monitor key operational, clinical, financial, and quality metrics
Drive census growth, occupancy, and overall facility performance
Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, employees, and the surrounding community
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
Partner with regional and corporate leadership to achieve organizational goals
Recruit, retain, and develop strong department leadership
Current New Jersey Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care setting
Strong understanding of nursing home operations, regulations, and survey processes
Proven ability to lead and develop teams
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Results-oriented leader with a strong commitment to quality and resident satisfaction
Experience with census development, staffing, financial performance, and quality improvement preferred
