Rooster Healthcare Staffing is looking for a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Columbia, NJ.
This is a great opportunity for an LPN seeking a stable 1-year contract, second-shift schedule, and a supportive, family-oriented work environment . You’ll have the opportunity to provide quality care while working with a small and welcoming team.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs an LPN, you will:
Provide quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes appropriately
Assist with assessments and ongoing resident care
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team
Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and state regulations
Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
Work collaboratively with CNAs and other members of the care team
Maintain a professional and compassionate approach to resident care
Active New Jersey LPN License
Strong patient-care and clinical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and professional
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality resident care
$6,000 per month
Second Shift: 3 PM–11 PM
