Mechanical Business Development Manager (Multifamily) – Phoenix, AZ
Elite Executive Solutions has been retained to identify an experienced Mechanical Business Development Manager to help drive continued growth within the multifamily construction market.
This opportunity is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with a strong network among developers, general contractors, owners, and industry partners throughout Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the multifamily construction market.
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, and general contractors.
- Identify upcoming projects and position the company for future work.
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams during pursuits.
- Assist with proposal strategy, presentations, and client meetings.
- Represent the company at networking and industry events.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and business development strategy.
Qualifications
- Business development experience within mechanical construction.
- Established relationships throughout the Arizona construction market.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of generating new business.
- Understanding of multifamily construction preferred.
